All trip schedules and times are listed on the website in a 24-hour format; passengers must double-check their departure times accurately.
Ticket fees are non-refundable. However, tickets can be rescheduled to another date or trip for a fee, provided the request is submitted at least 6 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Children aged 6 years and older require a full and separate ticket.
Children under 6 years old travel free of charge, provided they do not occupy a separate seat in the bus (must sit with their parents/guardians).
Each passenger is allowed to carry a maximum of two (2) pieces of luggage in the bus cargo hold.
Passengers are fully responsible for their personal belongings and hand luggage inside the passenger cabin.
The company is not liable for any damage to luggage. In the event of a lost bag in the cargo hold, the maximum compensation is strictly 100 EGP.
It is strictly forbidden to transport animals, birds, fish, or any flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials inside any part of the bus.
Smoking of any kind (including electronic cigarettes/vapes) is strictly prohibited inside the bus cabin for the health and safety of all passengers.
Boarding and drop-off are only permitted at the officially designated stations and stops for the trip; unauthorized stops are strictly prohibited.
